Engagements & quotes
Any quote or estimate we provide is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Project scope, timeline and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payments
Payment terms are agreed per project. Typically a deposit secures your slot and milestones are billed as work is delivered. Specific terms are outlined in your project agreement.
Revisions & delivery
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes are quoted separately and agreed before work proceeds.
Support & maintenance
Post-launch support is included per your chosen package. Ongoing maintenance, where selected, is billed as a recurring engagement with its own terms.
Refunds
If you're not happy with the initial mockups or wireframes within the first 3 days, we'll provide a full refund. After development begins, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
